Machining
Machining has been an internal strength of DeWys Manufacturing for nearly five years, and now with expanded capacity, competitive pricing, quick delivery, and years of experience, the Machine Center can take your project to the next level. With such a diverse line of services, from high volume production runs to custom precision machine work, our qualified staff is able to coordinate your project quickly and efficiently. Powder Coating
DeWys Powder Coating specializes in several combinations of powder coating finishes such as a Class A finish, FDA approved coatings, and various industrial specific powder coating finishes. DeWys Powder Coating utilizes a specially designed five-stage wash area and state-of-the-art Nordson Prodigy powder guns to ensure the consistently high quality finishes that our customers have come to expect from us. The coordination of powder coating and the assembly of customer specified products containing various materials, offer our customers a variety of choices to meet their individual needs. In addition, after powder coating, we will repackage, kit and finish pack various products to improve lead-times and profits for our customers.
Metal Stamping
DeWys Stamping has the skills to serve a variety of markets by utilizing our knowledge of low-cost tool design and the capacity of several high speed presses. DeWys Assembly specializes in the coordination and assembly of products containing various materials to meet our customer’s needs. DeWys Manufacturing has developed a low cost value added assembly solution for our customers to integrate different materials and components with the precision sheet metal parts currently being purchased. In addition, we will repackage, kit and finish pack various products to improve lead-times and profits for our customers. DeWys Assembly is utilizing a specially designed assembly area located next to DeWys Manufacturing to allow for the extra care, warehousing, and handling required to assemble various products. We specialize in the procurement, assembly, and packaging of customer specific products and have the capacity to handle any size run.
