Laser Cutting and Turret Punching

Laser cutting and turret punching are the tools we use for cutting. This machinery has the ability to cut exact specifications and is extremely accurate.

Laser cutting machinery found in this department of our sheet metal shop includes two 2,000-watt Amada Pulsar systems. We also have a 4,000-watt Amada Gemini, which is equipped with flying optics, and integrated material management system. This enables us to process “lights out”.

For turret punching we have a state-of-the-art Amada EMK 3610 Servo-Electric 58 station turret and a CNC Amada “Vipros Queen”. In addition, our sheet metal fabrication facility has two 44 station Amada “Pega” turrets with auto-index. We have hundreds of standard shapes of tooling in stock for most applications.
