Powder Coating DeWys Powder Coating pecializes in several combinations of powder coating finishes. From a Class A finish, FDA approved coatings and various industrial specific powder coating finishes. The coordination of powder coating and assembly of customer specified products containing various materials offer our customer’s a variety of choices to meet their individual needs. In addition, after powder coating, we will repackage, kit and finish pack various products to improve lead-times and profits for our customers.
DeWys Powder Coating utilizes a custom designed five-stage wash area to ensure the consistently high quality finishes that our customers have come to expect from DeWys Manufacturing, Inc. Our 600 foot long powder coating line includes a 77 foot long powder curing oven for total quality finishes for every order. This specialized powder coating line is coupled with the latest state-of-the-art
Nordson Prodigy powder applicator guns. We work closely with our customers to offer a combination of powder coating, finish assembly and even final packaging in our customer’s specified packaging. DeWys Powder Coatings quality finishes and quick delivery times allow our customers products to shine and be the best in the industry. We pride ourselves on going beyond what is expected, leaving our customers more than just satisfied.
Our powder-coat paint line and assembly processes apply value-added, finishing touches to components. Our powder coating equipment can handle parts up to ten feet long and has a five-stage pretreatment washer with a 77-foot curing oven that offers a cure time of up to 12 minutes. We paint a variety of materials and offer over 100 paint colors for interior, exterior UL, and FDA approved applications. Our powder coating system is operated by our highly skilled, self-managed paint crew, which increases quality in the sheet metal fabrication process.
o Our 600-foot L.P.S. spray line has a conveyor speed of up to 6 feet per minute and has an opening of 42” X 62”. It also has climate-controlled rooms to apply and store powder coating material to further guarantee quality production.
