DeWys Manufacturing Inc. Announces a Change in Leadership Structure

Marne, MI (July 8th, 2015) – DeWys Manufacturing Inc., a West – Michigan based metal solutions company, is pleased to announce a change in leadership roles.

Jon DeWys (owner), C.T. Martin (owner), and Mark Schoenborn will be gaining new responsibilities as well as working together to ensure DeWys Mfg. continues to grow in the future.

Jon DeWys (pictured center)  transitioned from President to CEO of DeWys Manufacturing. This new role will allow him to spend more time working “on the business rather than in the business”. Therefore, he is now able to be more involved with the community, continuing to improve the talent pipeline, as well as increase brand awareness. C.T. Martin (pictured left) moved from Vice President to President of DeWys Manufacturing. In this new role, C.T. will be taking over day to day business operations, as well as increasing sales and capacity. Sharing in these daily responsibilities, Mark Schoenborn (pictured right) will move to a newly created position, as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Along with managing materials, finances, and customer service, he will work closely with Jon and C.T. to ensure daily business operations at DeWys Mfg. continue to run efficiently.

DeWys Manufacturing foresees this new partnership will be beneficial for focusing on internal and external needs of the business. Furthermore, the transition will continue to build the DeWys Mfg. brand and future involvement in the community.
