Our Customer Experience Transformation

DeWys Manufacturing Inc., your complete metal solutions company is eager to share our inside sales team’s customer experience transformation. Our Inside Sales team has adapted a new structure to create a more unified sales force through the redistribution of responsibilities over the past six months.  This new structure was modified to continue centralizing our customer needs at DeWys Manufacturing. The Inside sales transformation proactively maximizes the customer experience through responding to quote requests, improved technical product support and personal order management.

DeWys Manufacturing is pleased to go with the new flow and welcome Mike, Judy, Charlie and Nick to the Inside Sales team! Each representative will be supporting our customers by directly communicating on a regular basis, managing orders and collaborate with production team members. Mike, who is joining inside sales from previously working with production team. “Although there is a lot to learn, the transition from production to sales was fairly easy. It has been exciting to see the company growing from both perspectives.”  Judy who joined the team in January says, “I love the different challenges I’m presented with daily and excited to work with people who are driven by customer satisfaction. Seriously, exceeding expectations and building relationships is what drives me!” The team will also be analyzing customers needs, provide technical assistance and follow ups. Nick, who joined the team in December elaborated that “I am eager to be a part of the achievements we are making, learning more about manufacturing and work here longer than Charlie.” If you don’t know Charlie, he is also currently on the sales team and has been working at DeWys Manufacturing for over 35 years!
