    Maintenance – Weekend Shift

We want YOU to grow within the maintenance department for our industry leading manufacturing company.

    • Prefer someone with maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Must have prior preventative maintenance experience
    • Must be able to perform maintenance on a variety of CNC Machines
    • Must have good trouble shooting, problem solving, and communication skills

    Work hours are from 5 am to 5 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

    Supply Chain Manager

    DeWys Manufacturing is looking for someone to supervise and coordinate purchasing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and scheduling. Responsible for completing described duties as well as unexpected issues that may arise related to these functions. Will work closely with production leaders and customers on an ongoing basis

    • Responsibilities will include:
      • Strategic Planning. Expectation is to ensure that the Supply Chain becomes and remains a competitive advantage. Establish a long-term vision and future of the team
      • Purchasing. Responsible for all areas related to the acquisition of materials for production. Will require understanding of materials used in the company, how customer expectations regarding the quality of product, strategic planning related to non-commodity materials, and just in time ordering. Ensures suppliers are held accountable to performance metrics in accordance with our ISO procedures and policies along with DeWys performance expectations. Responsible for supplier selections and qualifications, finding cost savings and negotiating agreements. Performs contract review and protects DeWys from any legal ramifications.
      • Shipping and Receiving. Optimize all warehouse functions including all shipping, receiving and logistics functions to ensure all activities are well coordinated throughout manufacturing functions. Ensures products are shipped in compliance with customer requirements. Will ensure that all material entering the facility are recorded in compliance with company procedural guidelines.
      • Inventory Control. Responsible for all inventory functions including accuracy, cycle counting, valuation of inappropriate items, obsolete, transactions and reconciliations. Review month end runs for accuracy.
      • Scheduling. Manage customer replenishment programs ensuring prompt delivery and bucket replenishment. Establishes safety stock program as required and maintains the accuracy annually. Ensures that the master schedule balances customer needs with production constraints and organizational policy. Confers with department team facilitators to determine and/or expedite the progress of work.
      • Customer Satisfaction. Follow up and resolve all customer supply chain concerns immediately. Provides information on changes to customers to continually service their needs and maintain satisfaction within the limits of the established company policies. Customer follow up on a regular basis to ensure customer needs are understood and met. Coordinates specific engineering change requests with customer and engineering for proper implementation and disposal of obsolete inventory.
      • Performance Management. Responsible for ongoing performance of each team member, setting annual goals for performance aligned with strategic objectives, and ongoing development of skills. Performs detailed annual reviews (intended to provide useful constructive feedback that helps employees develop their skills). Performance reviews will include goals for future development.
    • Qualifications:

      • Education and/or Experience:
        • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and at least five years related experience and/or training.
      • Language Skills:
        • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
      • Mathematical Skills:
        • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
      • Judgement:
        • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Turret Operator – 2nd Shift

    • Responsibilities will include program selection and control operation, deburring parts while in production, performing secondary operations as required on punched parts
    • Prefer experience with an Amada Turret
    • Need to have great communication and critical thinking skills
    • Must be able to pass Turret training.

    • Responsibilities will include keeping the laser equipment running by loading/unloading material for team members in the cutting department

    Team Supervisor – 2nd Shift Paint-line

      • Overseeing the paint line
      • Work closely with team members to increase skill set, improve morale, and provide assistance as necessary

    General Machine Operator – (1st, 2nd & Weekend shift)

    DeWys Manufacturing is looking for a team member with good critical thinking skills and the drive to grow with the company.

    • Looking for a 1st shift and 2nd shift general machine operator
    • Will be trained to operate Haegers, Spot Welders, and other pieces of equipment.
    • Must be willing to work the required shift and overtime as necessary
