    Automation Specialist – Weekend Shift

    We are currently seeking an Automation Specialist to add to our Weekend shift team.

    Automation Specialist Duties:

    • Monitor automation equipment to ensure production goals and quality standards are being met involving grinding, spot weld, press brake, CNC mill, paint, general machines, material handling, etc.
    • Create and maintain consistent and clear set up instructions
    • Conduct offline programming
    • Calibration of equipment
    • Work closely with cross functional teams to identify work and production needs to achieve cost effective processes

    Automation Specialist Qualifications:

    • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
    • 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering specifications, safety rules, work rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    General Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shift

    We are seeking individuals with strong critical thinking skills to join our team as a General Machine Operator. 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift available.

    General Machine Operator Duties:

    • Read customer blueprints and diagrams
    • Will be trained to operate Haeger, Spot Welder, and other equipment
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    General Machine Operator Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Willing to work overtime as necessary

    Robotic Weld Operator – 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shift

    We are currently seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our welding team on 1st, 2nd, & weekend shift.

    Robot Operator Duties:

    • Set up, adjust, and operate robotic welder
    • Read customer blueprints and work instructions
    • Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts
    • Grind parts as needed
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    Robot Operator Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous welding experience or training preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
    • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
    • Willing to work overtime as necessary

    Press Brake Operator – 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shifts

    We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts.

    Press Brake Operator Duties:

    • Set up, adjust, and operate press brake
    • Read customer blueprints and work instructions
    • Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts
    • Perform periodic quality inspections throughout shift
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous metal fabrication experience preferred
    • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
    • Willing to work overtime as necessary

    Powder Coat Team Member – 2nd Shift

    We are currently seeking team-oriented individuals to join our powder coat paint line on 2nd shift.

    Powder Coat Team Member Duties:

    • Read customer blueprints and diagrams
    • Prep all parts for painting by plugging and racking parts
    • Load and unload sheet metal parts to conveyor paint line
    • Assembly and packaging of finished parts
    • Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    Powder Coat Team Member Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous powder coat experience preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Willing to work overtime as necessary

    Welder – 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shift

    We are currently seeking motivated Welders for our 1st, 2nd, & weekend shift teams with the drive to expand their MIG, TIG, & Robotic Welding skills through the DeWys University training program.

    Welder Duties:

    • Set up welding equipment for MIG welding on a variety of products and parts
    • Lay out, position, align, and fit metal components to weld per customer specifications
    • Read customer blueprints and work instructions
    • Finish grinding and spot grinding of parts
    • Perform maintenance on welding and grinding machines

    Welder Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous welding experience/training, Certified Welding Technician is a plus!
    • Good working knowledge of metals, welding robots, and welding & grinding equipment
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
    • Willing to work overtime as necessary
