Critical Manufacturer Supporting Essential Businesses

Living through the COVID-19 pandemic has been a new adjustment for everybody and a challenging change to navigate. Families are having to social distance from loved ones, communities are interacting differently to support one another, and businesses are trying to do the best they can. At DeWys Manufacturing we feel the effects of this challenging time like most others and have been working diligently to provide team members with a safe environment. In addition to a significant increase in facility and workstation sanitization procedures, DeWys Manufacturing has been able to provide handsewn masks in collaboration with a local seamstress to all team members and their families.

Safety is top priority and well, so is food! We don’t know about you, but some good cooking is the way to our hearts… and makes life a little more delicious. More specifically free food Fridays for team members and some of the best tasting lunches and pastries from Ed Dunneback & Girls Farm right up the road! DeWys Manufacturing is proud of the community we serve and team members who have rallied together (6 feet apart of course) during such a heavy time. From weekly games of wheel of fortune, deciphering riddles or guessing the number of skittles in the jar, DeWys team members are making the best (out of a not so best) situation. We are even proud to announce that American Grower Resource, a Division of DeWys Manufacturing, has also designed, prototyped, tested and launched a touch free door opener to aid in flattening the COVID-19 curve! Along with free food Fridays and new product launches in the past few weeks DeWys Mfg. has been able to donate care packages to the people of HQ  and provide lunches to kids in Walker, MI to support our community. 150 care packages to HQ includes, bottles of sanitizer donated from New Holland Brewery in Grand Rapids, waterbottles, resource packets and facemasks. We continue to remain humble and agile to new adjustments and we look forward to what lies ahead. We encourage you to do the same and share your story.
